INITIAL MAINTENANCE CLEANING PACKAGE:

This is usually performed once a month. Includes all of the following:

In Kitchens

  • Clean all counter tops

  • Clean inside/outside microwave

  • Wipe down cabinet facings

  • Clean all appliances outside

  • Polish stainless steel appliances

  • Clean glass doors

  • Clean/sanitize/polish sinks

  • Clean floors

  • Wash dishes/load dishwasher

  • Clean stove top 

In Bathrooms

  • Clean/sanitize sinks

  • Clean/sanitize tubs, shower, and toilet

  • Clean mirrors

  • Dust light fixtures and bulbs

  • Clean Floors

All over the House

  • Dusting

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Vacuum all carpets

  • Change sheets if needed

  • Dust ceiling fans

  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

  • Wipe window sills

  • Clean glass doors

  • Clean prints on windows/doors

  • Empty & Reline waste baskets

  • Clean all floors

  • Clean under furniture (if furniture is raised)

  • Wipe base boards in all rooms

REGULAR MAINTENANCE PACKAGE:

This is usually performed weekly or bi-weekly. Includes the following:

  • Wash/Mop all floors

  • Remove all garbage

  • Dusting around entire home

  • Wipe off furniture

  • Cleaning all glass tops (kitchen table, coffee tables)

  • Wiping counters

  • Cleaning all ceiling fans

  • Vacuum/Sweep all floors

  • Make all beds

  • Sanitize bathroom

  • Wipe all kitchen appliance fronts
